Cut Contact Paper Collages: Fun And Practically Mess Free!

Looking for a fun project for all ages that requires very minimal clean-up? Try cutting lots of shapes from glossy contact paper and giving your kids a big piece of thin cardboard (like the back of a cereal box)to create something from the pieces. Use a felt pen for the details and Voila! cheerful works of art materialize in just the right amount of time. Great for three to four year olds who will love peeling off the paper backing from the shapes, and fun for older kids too, who can cut their own shapes. Keep some contact paper on hand (and this project idea in your head!) to whip out at a moment's notice when in need of an activity.
